Cacao & Reiki Ceremony

Come unwind, reconnect, and create space for the year ahead in this cozy cacao and Reiki ceremony. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves, welcome in fresh intention, and settle into a peaceful evening of grounding, clarity, and community.

You’re invited to gather with us in sacred circle as we share ceremonial cacao, offer a written release into the fire, and rest into Reiki and chakra energy healing as we anchor what we’re ready to receive. This event is designed to help you reset, soften, and welcome in clarity for the new year.

What is Reiki in a Group Setting: Shared Energy, Shared Support

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Rather than “doing” something to you, Reiki supports the body in remembering how to regulate, release, and realign.

In a group setting, Reiki becomes especially powerful.

When people gather with shared intention, the nervous system responds to safety and connection. Group Reiki helps calm stress responses, soften mental noise, and create a sense of being held—without needing to talk or explain.

During our gathering, participants rest while Reiki and chakra-focused intention support grounding, clarity, and integration. This is where intentions move from thought into felt experience—where the body begins to believe what the mind is calling in.

What to Bring

To help you settle in fully and receive the experience, we invite you to bring a few simple comforts from home:

• Your favorite mug– for sipping ceremonial cacao in a way that feels familiar and grounding

• A yoga mat or soft surface– something to lie down on during Reiki and rest

• A pillow and/or blanket– to stay cozy and supported as your body relaxes

• A journal and pen– for reflection, intention-setting, or anything that wants to be written

• A curious heart– you don’t need to know exactly what you’re releasing or calling in; openness is enough

Come as you are. This gathering is about comfort, presence, and allowing yourself to be held—nothing more is required.
