In this unheated class you'll slowly flow between foundational postures in a sequence using the breath as your guide. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to cultivate calm or who's new to yoga. Expect balancing, standing and seated postures, meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and setting intention. We honor an intuitive practice so you decide what poses (asanas) work best for you as options will be provided. The last 20 minutes of class is dedicated to helping you relax, guiding you in postures that instill release and peace.
