Vinyasa in Sanskrit means to 'place in a certain way.' Expect to flow between postures in a sequence using the breath as your guide. This class provides a series of balancing, standing and seated postures, and provides opportunities to practice and explore arm balances, inversions, meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and intention. We honor an intuitive practice so you decide which poses (asanas) work best for you as options will be provided. Leave your ego at the door and let’s play!
